OASIS Regional Conference
November 12–13, 2026 | River Spirit, Tulsa
Join OASIS member districts and out-of-state guests for two days of hands-on technical assistance focused on maximizing Impact Aid funding for your students. The conference kicks off with a Meet and Greet at 6:30 p.m. on November 11, followed by a full day of training on November 12, and wraps up at noon on November 13.
This year's agenda will follow the same trusted format as previous conferences, offering valuable sessions, opportunities to connect with fellow districts, and time to ask questions and share strategies — all designed to help you and your staff prepare for a successful FY27 Impact Aid application season. Fun activities are planned throughout to make the experience both productive and enjoyable.
